A new day in Cleveland sports
February 7, 2008
As has been noted here before, being a Cleveland sports fans generally means being miserable at least 10 months a year, and setting your self up for soul-crushing misery the other two months. However, all this will soon change. Bernie Kosar is back in Cleveland. Soon you will forget all about Romeo and Derek Anderson and Brady Quinn and all the other Browns QBs.
You know why? Bernie is bringing us an Arena Football League team. The Cleveland Gladiators. Get excited.
The Economist already rates Cleveland as the most livable US city. Just imagine what the rating will be now that the prestigious Gladiators have come to town. Go Bernie.
